DON KELLER and BETSY KEYES

Don Keller and Betsy Keyes are a husband-and-wife team with a combined professional career experience of six decades. Don thrived in thought leadership positions emphasizing team achievement at Eastman Kodak and Computer Associates, while Betsy excelled leading multi-functional teams executing complex initiatives for companies such as Qwest Communications.

But in one instant their lives were turned upside down when on October 21, 2010, Don sustained life-threatening burn injuries requiring a Flight for Life helicopter to rush him to the Burn Unit. Drawn close together in a struggle to rebuild their lives, they found a profound gift – a better version of themselves.

Today Don and Betsy share the stage as they spark new perspectives, and in their workshop, help participants experience genuine conversations that build trust. Trained facilitators and professional coaches, Don and Betsy hold certifications as:

  • Certified Coach, Coach Training Alliance
  • Certified Coach, Predictive Index® (PI®)

Living in Colorado, Don and Betsy keep their blood flowing as avid cyclists, skiers, and mountain hikers — the exercise that helps them keep pace with their four young grandchildren. Between their engagements, they dive deep into the study of integrative applied neuroscience, behavioral science, and professional coaching.

Don and Betsy’s memoir, Spark: A Couple’s Transformation by Fire, is releasing late 2023.
